Customer Service Operations Associate

Your key role in operations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and transporters in order to achieve high customer service and proper transporter management
- Address general customer requests and operations issues
- Manage customer transactions including trips and after-sale service
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and team members
- Maintaining exemplary operational records
University degree level education with up to 2 years’ work experience (start-up experience a plus but not required). We don’t focus on your field of study – just your dedication, integrity, dynamic nature, and ambition. High degree of professionalism and attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills with good mathematical, coordination and logistics handling skills. Good administrative and organisation skills with strong forward planning skills are also required. Strong preference for candidates who have worked in service and hospitality industries.
Physical demands & work environment
Ability to withstand pressure and to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. Intermittent travel is required.
